Incubus (8/19):
Well, the dust has settled, the lights dimmed, and Brandon and co. have left the stage for a short trip to Houston. I have to say, the show lived up to my expectations and I was rather impressed. The crew came out amped and kept their energy the entire set - which was great considering the near hour wait after their dismal opener (the duke spirit). As expected, great hits progressed, light shows...

As big of a ‘fan’ as I have been since I was about 16, I have never been to a show and it turns out they are right here in my new backyard. The new Austin Music Hall is already critically known in the music community as a huge waste of money that has surfaced only bad acoustics and terrible seating since the reopening in April. Needless to say...
